Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped directly from our suppliers. We try to keep items between 1-3 days for shipping, but occasionally see 4-5 days. If a specific supplier has a longer shipping time, this will be noted per product.

Most of our suppliers are US based companies. IF they are not, this will be noted per product.

All orders are $3.95 Shipping or FREE if over $35USD total per order.

COVID Shipping Delay Notice

Due to increased shipping times from our suppliers, we are seeing extended delivery times, please be patient while shippers try to meet the demands of today’s world. Expect to see 10-14 days for delivery on occasion.

Defects, issues, and replacements

We offer a replacement item/order free of charge, if there are any issues with the order, like manufacturing error, printing issues and other printing defects.

In case a replacement order is arranged, there is no need to send the original order back to us. Just keep it, let us know through email and photo, and we’ll send you a new one!

If issues arise with a replacement order, we can offer you a refund to your HoneyBara account and store credit.
